WBB-Week 3 Day 4 Full Body Strength
In this workout we will begin with a mobility session waking up the hips and thighs, as well as the upper body. After we will go through a warmup where we will find some compound movements such as Reverse Lunges, Pushups & Plank Shoulder Taps! Before the workout we work through a Strength Session finding the foundational strength of a Front or Overhead Squat to get that core STRONG and engaged. The workout is 15 minutes --5 minutes/1 exercise each minute and then repeat for 3 rounds! After that we will Cool Down & Stretch out. :) Enjoy!
