Find Your Alignment
In a Hatha Flow you are able to dive deeper into your practice.
The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today.
Stretch & Strengthen
In a Vinyasa Flow you will get your body moving while toning, stretching and strengthening not only your body but your mind. Swiftly moving between and finding full expression of each pose to find your inner confidence.
Relax & Restore
In a Yin Flow you find your edge of discomfort in stretches that are held for 1-3 minutes each. These poses will help you relieve stress, tension, anxiety and bring a sense of calm. The more you practice the more you can sit with uncomfortable sensations including emotions or thoughts as you learn to release the resistance that creates suffering.
