CLASS INFORMATION

When you join my class, I would like you to understand that Yoga is a journey. Always remember--what may seem difficult in the beginning will come easier with consistency and continued practice. 

 

In each class we will deal with the physical and mental aspects of the body, while also working on the subtle body to achieve a feeling of confidence, balance and healing in the big and little things alike. Take a minute to look at my weekly schedule and book a class today!

Find Your Alignment

Hatha Yoga

In an Align & Flow Yoga you are able to dive deeper into your practice.

The focus is on alignment and breath, and a special emphasis on proper technique helps you refine your form.

 

The sequences will allow you to learn the poses properly to connect with your body and reduce everyday injury in your daily activities. This is a popular one, so go ahead and book today

Strengthen & Restore

Vinyasa and Yin Yoga

In a Yin & Yang Yoga class you will get your body moving while toning, stretching and strengthening not only your body but your mind.

Followed by Yin poses where you will find your "edge of discomfort" to allow your body to release tension, stress and emotional blockages. A powerful combination to bring a blissful experience into your daily life.

Strengthen & Release

Exercise Style Yoga

In a Holistic Strength Yoga flow you move through Hatha & Vinyasa style poses with an exercise style approach, warming up the body through body weight repetitions like you would in a Fitness class while integrating a "flow" style to keep you moving your body and energy, strengthening, but also releasing stress in the joints and ligaments, literally balancing the body. Calm & Center

Meditation and Sound

All of our classes have Meditation & Sound aspects.  Classes have anywhere from 5-10 minutes of Guided Meditation and Sound to help attune the mind to the mental & physical changes that occur through your practice.

 

While during Events, Guided Meditation can last up to 30 minutes and Sound Bath up to 90 minutes. This aspect allows the nervous system and mind to fully relax and release.
