ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: To foster a cohesive group environment, our standard accommodation is double-occupancy. For the privacy and comfort of all attendees, any male participant will be automatically assigned a single-occupancy room for an additional $555 to the total retreat price. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: A deposit of $950 is required to secure your reservation if not paying in full. Please follow the instructions below based on your preferred payment method. PAYING IN FULL: There is an option to use Affirm Pay for 0% interest payments over 3, 6 or 12 months. DEPOSIT PROCEDURE: -Email April for your $950 deposit link via the online payment portal. -Following your deposit, you will be contacted to establish a payment plan or to process payment in full. BANK TRANSFER (Zelle/Venmo): -During checkout, please select the "Manual Payment" option. -April will contact you within 24 hours to provide details for transferring your deposit and to review payment plan options.

Cancellation Policy
Retreat Policy: Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds Thank you for your interest in our retreats and workshops. To ensure a clear and fair experience for all participants, we have established the following policies. By registering for an event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. 1. Events and Workshops All sales for events and workshops are final. There are no refunds or credits issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation, no-shows, or partial attendance. 2. Retreat Deposits and Payment Plans • Deposits: All deposits paid to secure your spot in a retreat are non-refundable and non-transferable. This deposit reserves your place and is committed to initial retreat costs. • Payment Plans: If you have selected a payment plan, you are responsible for the full retreat cost. The remaining balance is due according to the schedule outlined at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy (All Retreats) Please be mindful of your commitment before registering. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued if you decide to cancel your participation for any reason. This policy applies to all payments, including deposits and final payments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. While we cannot make exceptions to the refund policy, we encourage you to consider purchasing third-party travel insurance to protect your investment in case of emergency, illness, or other situations that may prevent your attendance. 4. Acknowledgement By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have carefully read and voluntarily agree to this retreat policy.
