Yoga Spa Day

Service Description

During this event we will meet for a day of pampering and self-care! Making sure you FILL YOUR CUP so you can be there for yourself and the ones you love. Plus really relax and treat yourself! You will be provided a Gift Bag with items that we will use in the event as well as some you will take home. <3 WHAT'S INCLUDED: We begin with a Yoga Flow that includes Intention Setting, Calming Breathwork and Asana (physical postures) that promote Self Empowerment so we can show up as our best selves in our lives. Afterwards we will move into the Spa aspect of the event where we will utilize Foot Masks as well as having an Aesthetician on staff to instruct you in a cleansing routine and mini-facial using Botanical products for your skin. While our face masks set we will sit in Meditation using Positive Affirmations to reaffirm the power that we all have inside. Once the Affirmations Meditation is complete we will journal about anything that comes up with some journal prompts to get your brain creating the life you want and desire! Finishing up the foot masks we complete the event by sharing Communi-Tea, Cookies and Fruit. This event has LIMITED SPOTS so sign up today. Please keep in mind this is a non-refundable event. Cancellation Policy

CLASSES/APPOINTMENTS: To cancel or reschedule a class/appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the start time of your class/appointment. There are no refunds if you do not cancel prior to 24 hours before the class/appointment start time. EVENTS/WORKSHOPS: There are no refunds for cancellations on Events or Workshops. Please know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.
