Park Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Bath

Service Description

During this Journey you will have a releasing experience during the first 60 minutes as we move through long deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes per pose. Yin Yoga aids the body in releasing stress & tension in the muscles, fascia and connective tissues. All Beginner Friendly and modifiable poses! Lisa will play the singing bowls lightly at this time. Following the Yin Yoga you will lay in Savasana and absorb the effects of a Healing Sound Bath for the last 60 minutes. Sound Vibrations help to penetrate your body and clear blockages in your energy centers to allow your life force (sometimes called Prana or Chi) to flow through all areas of your body. At the same time you will be guided through your emotions as well as restoring you to your calm nervous system to come out refreshed and rejuvenated. Raise your vibration and take care of YOU during this 2 hour event. Optional massage offered by April during the Sound Healing Bath with Essential Oils! After the Event we will have a Communi-Tea where we serve tea and refreshments so you will have time to socialize and bond with other like minded individuals. Plus a FREE GIFT for you for attending! WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, water, blanket & pillow (for comfort and for under your Yoga mat as the grass can be a bit damp) WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a journey inward so you may experience emotions that are stirred up by the poses and the sound vibrations. Know that this is normal and allow whatever comes up to happen. IMPORTANT: Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to find parking as well as setting up your spot at the Event. CLASSES/APPOINTMENTS: To cancel or reschedule a class/appointment, please do so within 24 hours of the start time of your class/appointment. There are no refunds if you do not cancel prior to 24 hours before the class/appointment start time. EVENTS/WORKSHOPS: There are no refunds for cancellations on Events or Workshops. Please know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exceptions.
