Nature Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Bath

Service Description

During this Journey you will have a releasing experience during the first 45 minutes as we move through long deep stretches held for 3-5 minutes per pose. Yin Yoga aids the body in releasing stress & tension in the muscles, fascia and connective tissues. Following the Yin Yoga you will lay in Savasana and absorb the effects of a Healing Sound Bath for the last 45 minutes. Sound Vibrations help to penetrate your body and clear blockages in your energy centers to allow your life force (sometimes called Prana or Chi) to flow through all areas of your body. At the same time you will be guided through your emotions as well as restoring you to your calm nervous system to come out refreshed and rejuvenated. Raise your vibration and take care of YOU during this 90 minute event. After the Event we will have a Communi-Tea where we serve tea and refreshments so you will have time to socialize and bond with other like minded individuals. WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat, water, blanket & pillow (for comfort, but optional) WHAT TO EXPECT: This is a journey inward so you may experience emotions that are stirred up by the poses and the sound vibrations. Know that this is normal and allow whatever comes up to happen. IMPORTANT: Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to get through the toll booth ($6 per car) and to find parking as well as setting up your spot at the Event. Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please do so within 24 hours of the start time of your class/appointment. Any reservations that are not made prior to the 24 hours before the class, please e-mail us for a manual reservation. There are no refunds if you do not cancel prior to 24 hours before the class start time.
